上海市外商投资协会会员企业“爱特思亚太企业管理有限公司”（INDITEX）（以下简称“爱特思”）是世界最大的时尚零售企业，旗下拥有8个品牌：ZARA，Pull&Bear，Massimo Dutti，Bershka，Stradivarius，Oysho，Zara home 和uterque。爱特思2004年进入中国，目前在中国店铺已超过600家。

2020年2月疫情期间，爱特思在上海市外商投资协会黄峰会长的协助与帮助下，通过江苏省外商投资协会，爱特思公司旗下的ZARA品牌在昆山的分拨仓库取得复工批复，使得ZARA仓库得以在2月25日顺利向客户发货。

爱特思集团大中华区总裁思伊文女士为感谢黄峰会长及协会在疫情期间对企业复工的大力帮助，特写感谢信一封。

Respected Mr. Huang，

Last year I was appointed as Inditex’s new President in my beloved Greater China and I am keenly aware of the great responsibility on myself. First of all, please allow me, on behalf of all the stuff in the Greater China Region, to convey the highest tribute to the active and effective support we have recently received from Shanghai Association of Foreign Investment.

Inditex is the world’s largest fashion retailers, with eight brands (Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho, Zara Home and Uterque), over 7,000 stores and sales in more than 200 markets. We began out activity in China in 2004, where we are currently operating with over 600 stores and selling online through or own platforms as well as T-Mall. Since then, we have registered 12 companies in Shanghai, with the Group’s Asia-Pacific regional headquarters established in 2012 in Jing’an District and ITX E-commerce (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. In Changning District. 

Personally, since I settled here in 2006, Shanghai has become my hometown. The epidemic situation closely touched the hearts of me and everyone in the whole company. As a foreign-funded enterprise rooted in Shanghai, we have had no hesitation in joining this historic fight against the epidemic and have seen all the people in the country united as one. At Inditex, we urgently coordinated overseas resources, made donations of sanitary materials for more than 1.2 million euros and actively responded to the government’s arrangements to resume work in an orderly manner to keep employees and customer’s safety as the top priority. 

Your help and advice in order to resume work at our warehouse in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province, has been so valuable both for us and our customers in China. This magnificently represents the spirit of Shanghai Speed and Shanghai Responsibility, and shows Shanghai’s hospitality to businesses, Foreign investors like us are so confident of operating in Shanghai with such a dedicated team like the one you are successively leading.

We firmly believe that, under the strong leadership of China’s Government and social organizations as Shanghai Association of Foreign Investment, will totally win the fight against the epidemic very soon. We have firm confidence in the Shanghai market and hope to continue to contribute to Shanghai’s prosperity and development.

去年我被任命为爱特思新的总裁，在我所钟爱的大中华区任职，我知道我责任重大。首先请允许我代表大中华地区所有的员工向上海市外商投资协会对我们的积极有效的支持表达最高的敬意。

爱特思是世界最大的时尚零售企业，旗下拥有8个品牌（ZARA，Pull&Bear，Massimo Dutti，Bershka，Stradivarius，Oysho，Zara home 和uterque），在全球200多个市场拥有超过700-家店铺。我们2004年进入中国，目前在中国的店铺已经超过600家，同时也在我们的官网以及天猫上销售。从那以后，我们在上海注册了12家公司，其中集团亚太地区总部于2012年在静安区设立，同年在长宁区设立了爱特思电子商务（上海）有限公司。

我个人2006年来到上海，上海已经成为了我的故乡。疫情牵动我们每一个人的心。作为一个根植于上海的外商投资企业，我们迅速行动加入了这一历史性的抗疫斗争，我们看到了整个国家都团结一致、相互支持。爱特思紧急协调海外资源，捐助了超过120万欧元的防疫用品，并且在保障好员工和顾客安全的前提下积极响应政府有序复工的号召。

您为了我们位于昆山的仓库所提供的帮助和建议对我们以及我们的中国顾客是非常珍贵的。这不仅代表了上海速度、上海责任，也是上海亲商稳商精神的体现。有您领导的这样的工作人员队伍和服务精神，外商对上海投资兴业充满信心。

我坚信，在中国政府的坚强领导和上海市外商投资协会等社会组织的支持下，抗疫斗争很快将大获全胜。我们对在上海的发展非常有信心，希望继续对上海的繁荣发展做出贡献。
