上海市外商投资协会（Shanghai Foreign Investment Association）成立于1988年3月，是由在沪外商投资企业、从事外商投资服务工作的机构、团体和专业人士等联合组成的非营利性社会组织，主管单位为上海市商务委员会，在上海市民政局登记注册。 
 
上海市外商投资协会遵循国家对外开放、鼓励外商投资的法律和政策，努力为会员提供一流的专业服务。协会致力于增进企业与政府及企业与企业、企业与公众间的交流与合作，传递会员企业的政策主张，维护会员合法权益，推动外商投资企业履行社会责任，促进外商投资企业在沪可持续发展。

Established in March, 1988, Shanghai Foreign Investment Association (SHFIA) is a non-profit organization composed of foreign-invested enterprises as well as institutions, organizations and professionals engaged in foreign investment services in Shanghai. SHFIA is under the guidance of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce and registers with the Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau. 
 
Following the country's opening up laws and policies, SHFIA strives to provide its members with top-notch professional services. We’re committed to enhancing the connection and cooperation between enterprises and the government, enterprises and enterprises, and enterprises and the public, conducting policy advocacy to eliminate market barriers, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of foreign-invested enterprises, promoting corporate social responsibilities, so as to support foreign-invested enterprises’ sustainable growth in Shanghai.
